As far as production is concerned, it is distinguished in the market by its bet on genuine wines that express the unique characteristics of the Lisbon region, very marked by the Atlantic influence. During the visit you will explore the heart of the winery, get to know the white wine and red wine presses, the greatness of the storage and fermentation tanks. In the laboratory and in the Time Room, learn about the aromas of wine that blend with the smell of French oak barrels. Your visit will end with a pleasant brunch that includes regional flavours such as cheese in aromatic olive oil, regional cheese, olives, typical bread, cod cakes, cottage cheese with homemade jam and bean cakes, a typical sweet of the Torres Vedras region, all accompanied by the red and white wines of the Adega Mãe.
