DAY 1

Arrival to Lisbon airport and VIP transfer to the fabulous Farmscape Hotel & Retreat, surrounded by oaks, olive groves and vineyards. Before dinner our team will do a briefing on the tour. Indulge yourself with an exquisite gourmet dinner, for tomorrow the adventure begins. DAY 2

Today you'll cycle along the Alqueva Lake, witnessing two opposite landscapes - the Alentejo yellowish plains and the quietness of the biggest artificial lake of Europe - just imagine the peacefulness. You'll be heading to the medieval village of Monsaraz, considered a National Monument and the balcony of the great lake, with its impressive views over the Alqueva Dam and Spanish border. After a delicious picnic prepared by our Chef, we continue cycling to the José de Sousa Winery, that still uses traditional winemaking methods, keeping alive a ritual initiated more than 2000 years ago with the Romans. This winery, below ground level, has 114 ânforas (clay pots) where an extremely rare type of fermentation takes place. This is the perfect place to created exceptional wines. By night, and if the weather allows it, we’ll have the chance to admire the Alentejo Sky with a passionate presentation made by the Dark Sky Reserve astronomer. DAY 3

After the most delicious breakfast, you're going to cycle through enormous plains and cork trees that extends until the eye can see - feel the warm aroma from the Alentejo and admire the greatness of the Alqueva Lake – “on a clear day you can see forever!” Our goal for today's destination is the Herdade do Sobroso Country House - a splendid and charming Wine Resort. Dinner will be dedicated to some of the most traditional dishes of the region. Night at Herdade do Sobroso Country House (breakfast, lunch and dinner included)

DAY 4

After a sweeping breakfast our exclusive country house, we ride through immense and breathtaking vineyards. Today you’ll have the opportunity of visiting one of the oldest and best olive oil mills in Portugal. We have organized a special olive oil tasting at the Adega Cooperativa Moura & Barrancos, just for us. The Adega is one of the most moderns of the country, with an average production of 7 million liters. The strong scent of the olive oil takes us back to memories when it was so valuable that was considered the liquid gold. Right before dinner it’s time to discover the secrets of the Herdade do Sobroso awarded wines, with a visit at the winery and a special tasting.

DAY 5

Following breakfast, we’ll continue our adventure through the Alentejo interior countryside. Along the typical landscape, we want you to see, feel, hear and breathe the region’s good life and atmosphere. Following lunch, we cycle to today’s accommodation. You will be staying at an exclusive Luxury Wine & SPA Country House, surrounded by hectares of vineyards - Herdade da Malhadinha Nova. During the evening, taste a unique regional gourmet dinner conceptualized by the experienced hands of Michelin star awarded Joachim Koerper, well accompanied by the country house premium wines. DAY 6

Enjoy one of the most amazing and delicious breakfast of Portugal! Sounds too much? Have a try… For this morning we’ve prepared a short bike ride, to Albernoa, we’re you’ll be visiting Santa Vitória Winery and have an exclusive visit and wine tasting. Our Chef’s awaits with the perfect picnic.. Tonight dinner will be Michelin star, for sure! Enjoy! DAY 7

Today is departure day. Enjoy the exquisite breakfast one last time at Malhadinha Nova Country House & Spa.
