Rui Paula, the owner, is a genuine son of Douro and here is where he serves his very personal interpretation of Douro Cuisine, you cannot but like it.
In the afternoon continue to Quinta da Roeda, just near to Pinhão. Quinta da Roeda is the home of Croft Port Wines.
This is one of the most distinguished of all Port houses. Founded in 1588, it is the oldest company still active today as a Port wine producer. The company is renowned above all for its Vintage Ports as well as for its range of wood aged reserves and tawnies.
